WHO IS RUNNING THIS CAMP?

K2 Fitness is Kari Durco and Kelly Donald. We are Certified Personal Trainers and creators of “Beachside Booty School”.  We have a huge passion for fitness and enjoy empowering our awesome students.

 

WHERE?

Our Booty Schools are held indoors and outdoors depending on our ever changing Canadian climate.  Winter sessions will be held  indoors at Huron Oaks Golf Club (Gym).  Spring and Summer Booty Schools will be held outdoors at Mike Weir Park, unless the weather is not co-operative.  In that case we will be in the gym at Huron Oaks.

    Everyday we feel very lucky to live where we do, as we are ending our workouts looking out at the beautiful blue water of Lake Huron.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FULL CAMP?

Yes and No. We would like you to commit to the fulll camp to see the desired results. If you know in advance that there is a certain day or days you cannot attend we will try to accommodate your needs. (See Flex Pass option on Tuition page)

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.  We supply  all equipment as well as sweat towels, orange juice and water.

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Whatever you feel comfortable exercising in and gym shoes.

 

IS THERE ALOT OF RUNNING?

No, there is some running, but there is always a jogging and walking option, do not be afraid!

 

AM I TOO FAT FOR BOOTY SCHOOL?

Absolutely not! Booty School is for the mainstream woman, housewife, business owner, mother and women of all shapes and sizes. Booty School is where you come to get the motivation and instruction you’re looking for.  We want to help you be the best that you can be.

 

AM I TOO OLD FOR BOOTY SCHOOL?

We  have clients who range in age from 16-69.  If you are worried about your age or fitness level, we will be happy to talk to you personally.

 

IS BOOTY SCHOOL RIGHT FOR ME?

At Booty School we go over creative ways to made fitness fun. You will learn exciting new exercises and we will be beside you instructing, motivating and supporting you along the way. Booty School is NOT a competition.

 

WHAT IF I CAN’T DO SOME OF THE EXERCISES?

We pride ourselves on offering many different options; all we ask is that you try your best. We’ll all cheer you on!

 

WHAT DO THE WORKOUTS CONSIST OF?

Every day is different, be surprised!

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

$200.00  -  12 sessions (Cash, or chq. made payable to K2 Fitness)

$300 for the Six Week Camp - 18 sessions

Flex passes are available at a reduced cost for both 4 & 6 week camps

 

WILL YOU TRACK MY PROGRESS?

Upon request you can have your measurements and weight taken at the beginning of camp to track your progress.  Nutritional information is also available. This information is what we found has worked for us, and does not replace what your physician or dietician has prescribed for you.

 

WHAT SHOULD FIRSTCOMMERS KNOW?

  • • Please be on time.  Just join in if you are late. You will have detention after class (1000 pushups). Just kidding...only 150!!
  • • Please be supportive of everyone’s efforts (We know you will be)
  • • We will gladly talk to you after class if you have any questions or concerns
